Made for fashion e-commerce, by people who know it
Lodar helps fashion stores find out why shoppers leave a product page without buying, and what to change. It's led by Leo Prim, founder and CEO.
Why Lodar
Leo has been doing e-commerce since 2020. It really took off during the pandemic, when shopping moved online almost overnight. Since then he has worked at marketing firms and, most recently, in fashion.
In all of them the same question came back. The numbers showed which product pages didn't sell, but not why. A shopper who can't tell which size to pick, or doesn't trust the returns, just leaves. In fashion that costs twice: the sale that never happens, and the order that comes back in the wrong size.
Lodar sends AI shoppers, built around a store's own customers, through its product pages to answer that question, and writes the fix for each problem it finds.
How we work
A few stores, set up by hand
We work with a small number of stores and build every panel of shoppers around the store's own customers.
You decide what changes
Lodar suggests every fix. Nothing on your site changes until you approve it, and anything published can be undone in one click.
The why, in plain words
Every finding comes with what the shopper saw and said, so your team can judge it for themselves.
Lodar is made near Borås, Sweden, by Prim Group AB.
